Maryanke Alexander asked me to help her produce this video to show the beauty of the Friesian Horse in combination with the splendor of Mackinac Island. It truly is a magical place where dreams do come true. For those who do not know about Mackinac Island, it is in northern Michigan and is all bicycles and horses and carriages. You must take a ferry to get to the island. Photos are by four photographers all taken on the Island, and the video clips are of Nanning 374, taken during the Cally Matherly Photoshoot in 2007. Nanning's rider is Katie Allen, who was 16 years old at time of the shoot and this was her first time riding Nanning. Credits are at the end of the video but here too is a thankyou to those who provided their photos to make this video possible. And thanks to Maryanke for coming 2 1/2 hours to sit beside me while I made this one! Couldn't have done it without you.
